Constellations is a phenomenological approach to observe hidden dynamics unconsciously effecting our well being. It is all about the relation between parts within ourself, family members across generations and, even larger collective dynamics we are part of. These relational dynamics effect us and can contribute to our physical, emotional and mental health. Constellations processes can help reveal these hidden dynamics and direct us towards resolution. At the heart of this work is to identify where love is blocked and to support the restoration of its flow.

Private 1:1

Working in a large group is not for everyone and it is not always possible to work in person. Constellations can be done online and individually with a constellations facilitator. Unlike other facilitators, I conduct this process over two sessions. The first is done over 90 minutes to include an exploration of the issue and then the constellation. After 4-6 weeks there is a second 30 minute session to track your integration process and identify potential next steps to support your journey. Group Facilitations
