In these six sessions:
- We will identify areas where you feel challenged most.
- You will receive expert knowledge you can trust.

Session #1
Let's find out areas in need of support. We will look at your priorities and goals. Then we will take an inventory of the state of affairs with your body, heart, mind and soul. In addition, identify opportunities with your lifestyle and environment to optimize your long-term health.

Session #2
We will visit your relationship to menopause. You will gain the knowledge you need to feel empowered. Take our time with all your questions and resolve any misconceptions.

Session # 3
We will learn some basic practices to help ground you when you feel stressed or triggered with the challenges surfacing related to peri-menopause.

Session #4
Deepen the practices we learn in session 3 and start applying them to your pain points. There will be an opportunity to process what is feeling difficult and make healthier choices moving forward.

Session #5
Work further to presence and integrate what is or may become challenging with the changes you are experiencing. We will asses the hurdles your experiencing as you adopt new habits.

Session #6
We will assess our progress and make a plan to make sure you meet your healthy menopause goals moving forward.

The Matrarche Collective
Collaborative communities are game changers when it feels like we are trying to change the impossible. This is a circle for healing the collective challenges and conflicts we experience as women in perimenopause. By moving through it together we can harness the missing support needed.
The Matrarche Collective is a community where we accompany each other through the challenges of womanhood. No one does any heavy lifting alone. The community meets twice a month for 90 minutes. There is combination of learning, practicing embodiment skills, personal sharing and having individual questions addressed. There is a library of useful knowledge and additional resources available to use. It is powerful to learn with others experiencing similar struggles, while sharing the creative ways we can find resolution together.

I have been working as an OB/Gyn for 20 years and have been supporting women's health internationally for even longer.
Only after entering my own perimenopause did I begin to really understand how impossible it is for the healthcare system in its current state to truly support the diverse range of needs women have entering menopause.
